FOR HOT TEA Bring fresh water to a boil. Pour 250 mL (one cup) hot water over one tea-bag. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Add Luo Han Guo extract or stevia to sweeten if desired. Limit use to one tea-bag per day. FOR ICED TEA Pour 500 mL (two cups) of hot water over 4 tea-bags. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea-bags. If sweetness is desired, stir in Luo Han Guo extract or stevia while tea is hot.
